Gift Cards, Fabric, Stabilizer and Thread Purchases.....all sales are final.  This applies to website purchases and in-store purchases.

Patterns, Magazines and Books.....all sales are final on  in-store and website purchases. 

In-store purchases notions and other merchandise refunds no----exchanges yes.  Within 30 days of purchase and the item needs to be unused and in the original wrapping.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items (if applicable) may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Classes are 100% refundable up to 2 weeks before the event date.  

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely manner.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) not received in a timely manner, please call us at (218)444-2387 so that we may rectify the approved return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product (excludes defective or damaged items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective and damaged products.....You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (which may or may not be refunded back to you) when we receive the product we will process your refund, your shipping cost may be or may not, be added to your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
